Questions Concerning Our Content & Training Delivery
“Who are your trainers? / How capable are your trainers?”
Our in-house training team comprises individuals with business, sales, and training delivery experience.
Malcolm Gladwell, author of the bestseller ‘Outliers’, has quoted that ten thousand hours of practice is the threshold for a world-class practitioner. Now, many have contested that number, but if it is any indication of expertise, then many of our trainers – we are proud to claim – have surpassed that milestone, by a mile!
Our team comprises certified trainers, who have received rave reviews from participants and clients alike.
Rest assured, our due-diligence process prior to the launch of a programme involves you meeting with and evaluating our trainers.
“How sound is your content?”
Our team of content writers comprises individuals with business, sales, and training experience. The content that powers our solutions is a product of:
- Our team members’ own work experience
- Secondary research. We conduct a meta-analysis of research papers put out by the leading lights in the subjects that we train on. Our content, you will realise, is rock-solid, relevant, and practical. Participants have often said that our content is deep, yet ‘easy to relate to and implement’. That is the highest compliment that we could receive.
- Our own consulting and training experience. We have tried and tested our solutions on the work floor, with numerous clients. The feedback that we receive helps our content evolve with time, and ensures its reliability.
Questions Concerning Our Capabilities
“Have you prior experience of implementing blended learning solutions”
Our in-house training team comprises individuals with business, sales, and training delivery experience.

Now, many have contested that number , but if it is any indication of expertise, then many of our trainers – we are proud to claim – have surpassed that milestone, by a mile!

“Who are your clients?”
While it is not possible to add a detailed client list here, we have served over sixty clients across industry verticals. Please do get in touch with us for a detailed list of clients, and references you could speak with.
“How many participants can you handle simultaneously?”
We’ve had experience managing over four hundred participants simultaneously, though this number by no means represents the limits of our capability. It is merely reflective of the upper limit of participants that organisations have chosen to undergo our programmes. We can safely handle larger numbers.
We can safely handle larger numbers.
Questions Concerning Our Online Lessons
(This is the most common question that we get asked. Every time!) “Online lessons and e-learning has been a huge flop in our organisation. How will you ensure that people complete online lessons?”
As mentioned above, we’ve almost never had a client who has not raised this objection. And they were not in any way being flippant about the matter.
However, you would recollect us mentioning earlier that we have completion rates in the upwards of 90%. Here is how we get reluctant participants to embrace online learning:
- Make the lessons bite-sized and interesting. We learned this from Facebook and WhatsApp; share bite-sized lessons in interesting – read video, infographic, slideshare, podcast – formats, and people lap these up. By the way, people love our videos and slide decks.
- Drip-feed the lessons. The problem with large format or multiple lessons is that participants are required to keep aside huge chunks of time to complete these. Seriously, who has a lot of time these days? However, make the lessons bite-sized (3- 6 minutes in duration) and send it to them one at a time (automated, via the LMS), and they will be more pre-disposed to taking these.
- Add graded test at the end of the online lessons, which accrue in the participant’s scoresheet. Then…
- Display the scores on a leaderboard on the LMS. Give the leadership team of the organisation visibility to the leaderboard. Now, almost everybody will want to be the leaderboard topper. This friendly competition gets people to take the online lessons seriously.
- Since the concepts on which the classroom session and the action learning projects are based on are shared via the online lessons, participants have no choice but to complete these. This is made abundantly clear in the launch call/ session.
- We work on generating a great deal of hype around the intervention. This is done via our intervention ‘marketing’ initiatives. Make the programme desirable and aspirational and participants, we have seen, take it more seriously.
- If nothing else works – and this would be a rare occurrence – our delivery team follows up with people and gets them to start taking lessons. As our experience, has shown, this works; 90% completion rates being proof of the pudding.
“Can you demo the lessons for us?”
Yes. We sure can. Please get in touch with us (our contact coordinates are here) and we’d be glad to match schedules with you, for a demo.
Questions Concerning the LMS
“Where is the LMS hosted/ Where will the LMS be hosted?”
It is a cloud LMS, hosted on a secure cloud server (Since it is designed to be web and mobile accessible). We could give you the details when we meet? Speaking of which, why don’t we?
Please click here to get in touch with us. We’d be glad to come across and meet with you.
“Can our IT Team review your LMS security?”
Indeed, they can! In fact, we insist that our clients take this step prior to the launch of a programme.
We could send out the link to our LMS to your IT Team, and they are free to test our system for security vulnerabilities, if any.
“What kind of computer systems would participants require, if they are to access the online lessons?”
Users are certainly not required to possess the latest hardware and software to take the online lessons. Though, computer systems or software that’s very dated might prove an obstacle.
As part of our due-diligence, we share with you the minimum systems requirements (including minimum internet speed required) to access online lessons.
Now, even if your employees do not have compatible computer systems at work….
“Do you provide stand-alone LMS services?”
Now this question is unrelated to our Blended Learning Solutions, but, since you asked the answer is ‘Yes’. And we’ll throw in the branding bit as well at no cost!
“Can the LMS be branded for us?”
We’ll gladly do it for you!
Okay, we’ll do it provided you purchase our Blended Learning Solutions. And, no, branding does not entail any additional fee.
“Can users access the LMS/ portal from their personal devices?”
Our LMS and online lessons are designed to be accessed by users at a time, place and on a device of their choice.
They could access our LMS from their homes, while commuting, in the workplace, park, pub or anywhere else. (Meaning, not having compatible machines at work need not necessarily be a show-stopper).
“Is your LMS secure? How do you guarantee data security?”
This question requires a detailed treatment of server and data security measures that we have initiated, and the documentation on this runs into many dozens of pages.
Why don’t we send you the complete documentation on our security system? Please write in to us, and we will respond to you. Here is a link for you to get in touch with us
“How many users can your LMS take? How many users can you manage?”
Being a cloud based LMS, there really is no upper limit to the number of participants that the LMS can take. Our cloud LMS provider gives us the ability to ‘add servers’ to deal with any increased load.
Concerning our capability, we can currently manage around three thousand users simultaneously, with the ability to add resources to handle an increased number, provided such an increase is planned for in advance.
