Recently, I had attended the training on Sales Effectiveness conducted by Jerson James, CEO, CitrusLearning.

Two of the lessons that I had learned and which I benefitted most from are on how to get more meetings with prospects by using FCV dialogues and negotiation skills.

The lesson on getting more meetings is what I benefitted most from. Earlier I was not very confident in making cold calls to set up meetings with prospects. I would make a couple of calls and then give up, if I had no success. Using FCV to set up meetings has helped me get more meetings and thus become more confident. For example, just yesterday, I made two calls and set up two meetings for the coming week.

The workshop itself was high on energy, engaging and the lessons were practically implementable.
